Gabrielle Maione

Gabrielle Maione joined Above the Mark Production Services after graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University (Go Eagles) with a degree in Marketing. With a strong interest in brand development, client experience, and business operations, she quickly developed a passion for supporting the fast paced and collaborative environment of live event production.

Prior to joining the company full time, Gabrielle gained leadership experience in retail sales management, where she developed strong communication, organizational, and team management skills. Her background in marketing supports the company’s brand positioning, social media presence, and client communications, helping showcase projects while strengthening relationships with clients and partners. Gabrielle enjoys working closely with both clients and crew to help ensure projects run smoothly from planning through execution. She values organization, problem solving, and clear communication, and takes pride in supporting the behind the scenes systems that contribute to successful events.

Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys fitness, fashion, cooking, and personal development. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, continuing to grow professionally, and contributing to a positive team environment.
