Kimberly Panaro began building her professional foundation in the title industry, where she worked as a Processor and Post Closer, managing time-sensitive processes and maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization. Her experience in these roles developed strong coordination skills and the ability to handle detailed, fast-moving workflows. She was first introduced to the production industry in 2018 while working part-time as a General Audio Video assist, gaining hands-on exposure to on-site operations and the collaborative nature of live events. This early experience sparked her interest in the industry and led her to transition into a full-time role within production. Kim’s background in coordination and detail-driven work makes her a strong asset to the team, supporting crew logistics, scheduling, and the day-to-day operations that keep projects running efficiently behind the scenes. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about fitness, particularly long-distance running. Running has taught her discipline, resilience, and mental strength—qualities that carry into both her personal life and professional approach.
