Quadry Smith is a dedicated production professional with a strong foundation in GAV/Stagehand operations and live-event management. Beginning his career working on-site in the field, Quadry quickly became known for a reliable work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail. Early work included supporting art shows, concerts, and weddings—experiences that developed both technical skill and the ability to adapt to dynamic event environments. Over time, he has contributed to major productions for high-profile artists such as Morgan Wallen, Future, and Chris Brown. These opportunities strengthened his expertise in show assembly, stage coordination, backstage support, and cross-department communication.

His exceptional ability to collaborate with clients and creative teams made him a natural addition to the Above the Mark administrative team. Today, Quadry continues to bring a client-focused approach and a passion for seamless production to every project, helping deliver memorable and well-executed events from start to finish. He is always smiling and brings a positive vibe into the office each day. He is always willing to help, which translates to outstanding customer service. In his free time he loves new adventures and outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, gardening and swimming. He also enjoys spending time with family, especially the kids. Quadry can also be found drawing, painting or gaming in his free time indoors. Above the Mark is very lucky to have him as part of the team!
