Morgan has worked in operations management since 2011. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2014, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minoring in Criminal Justice. Though she has dedicated just over 5 years to working in operations, her formal background spans from legal work to advertising/marketing with a focus in media buying.
Joshua Breckling is following in the footsteps of his step-dad, Russell Glen, and has spent the last five years learning the ins and outs of tour rigging while under Russell’s wing. Joshua is currently a student at Palm Beach State College, as well as a rigger (ballroom/arena), general AV tech/stagehand, and crew lead for Above The Mark Production Services.

Michelle has been in the production industry since 2002 when she started as a production coordinator, working with scheduling, budgeting, and client relations. She eventually graduated to a senior producer and office manager, coordinating, budgeting, and developing concepts for commercials and films. She also gained experience managing live events and fulfilling the role of teleprompter operator.
Raven has been a part of Above the Mark since July 2021. She has always had a fascination for the performing arts and the "behind the scenes" business aspect. Sierra originally started with ATM in 2019 as a general audio video technician where she gained onsite knowledge in the industry.
